Many computer users are unaware of the risks and threats that exist when one ventures on the internet.

We've set up a course to teach the basics of internet security and protection.

Before you say you don't need it or aren't interested, you should know some interesting little facts...your computer stores your:
  • Social security number
  • Mother's maiden name
  • Birthdate
  • Credit card numbers
  • Bank passwords

Since these threats deal with accessing this information on your computer and sending it to someone else, may I ask you to think about protecting yourself?

This course is free. It is designed specifically for the novice computer user (with little to no experience in personal computer security). The course is a series of modules. Each one could be completed in under 30 minutes. Some in about 10 minutes.

All you have to do is click, read and learn.

Some modules will have you download and install free programs. These programs will clean your computer...and help keep it clean!

Please take the course and learn how to start protecting your data, your computer, your identity and your finances.

If you are already registered here, please click this LINK.
It is the welcome letter to the freshman class with instructions on how to proceed.
If you have any questions, there are areas set up for you to ask
.

While registration isn't required to take the course, it is preferred that you sign up. This will make communication easier if you have any difficulties. If you are not a registered member, please do the following
